2. Improve Chatbots with Verax Control
The Verax Control feature lets you add a custom prompt to your user interaction requests in order to optimize chatbot responses. Use this feature to test out different prompts in order to find the prompt that best improves your chatbot accuracy.
Add a prompt and enable the Verax Control feature with Prompt Usage set to Add to 50% of prompts.
Wait enough time for a significant amount of interactions to process.
Open the Interactions page and click Custom filter.
Add a filter to show interactions with the Control feature enabled (with prompt) and a filter to show those with the Control feature disabled (without prompt). Look at the Prompt Engineering column and add a custom filter with the is not empty value to the column to show interactions with the Control feature enabled.
Compare the data to see if the prompt improved your Verax, relevance, and groundedness scores.
Repeat steps 1 to 5 with different prompts until you find a prompt that gives you the best scores.
