1. Introduction
The Topics page shows an overview of all your categories within the Verax Control Center.
2. Using the Topics Page
Use the Topics page to understand your topics better. Verax automatically assigns topics to your interactions based on the interaction context. For each topic, the Verax Control Center shows the topic name, subtopics, a description for the subtopic, the number of interactions within that topic/subtopic (count), the correctness percentage of responses in the topic, and the cohesion score.
Click on any individual row to see all interactions within that topic/subtopic.
The Interactions window opens.
3. Sorting Topics
The information shown on the Topics page can be sorted by topic and date range.
Click on Topic on the top navigation bar to choose which topic to sort by.
Click Range to sort by a specific date range.
You can search for a specific keyword within a topic in the Search bar.
You can sort the information in the topic, subtopic, description, count, correct responses, and cohesion columns in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header.
