The Agent Management page provides visibility into all registered Verax endpoint agents in your environment.
It allows administrators to monitor connectivity and verify that endpoints are actively communicating with the Verax server.
Agent List
Each installed agent appears in the list with key information about its connectivity state.
The table includes:
Device Name – The hostname of the device where the agent is installed
Operating System – Windows, macOS, or Linux
Status – Current connectivity state
Health – Current operational state of the agent
Last Seen – Most recent successful communication with the Verax server
Agent Version – Installed version of the Verax desktop agent
Agent Status and Health
The Agent Management page displays both Status and Health for each registered endpoint agent.
These indicators help administrators quickly determine whether an endpoint is connected and functioning correctly.
Agent Status
The Status field reflects the connectivity state of the agent.
Online
The agent is actively communicating with the Verax server.
Offline
The agent is not currently communicating with the Verax server.
Agent Health
The Health field reflects the operational state of the agent.
Healthy
The agent is running correctly and all required components are properly configured.
Unhealthy
The agent is connected but one or more required components are misconfigured or missing.
Last Seen
The Last Seen timestamp shows the most recent time the agent successfully contacted the Verax server.
This helps administrators determine whether an endpoint is:
Actively protected
Offline
Experiencing connectivity issues
Troubleshooting Disconnected Agents
If an agent appears as Disconnected:
Verify the endpoint is powered on.
Confirm network connectivity to the Verax server.
Ensure outbound access to the configured server address and port.
If the issue persists, reinstall the agent using a valid installation token.
If the agent still does not reconnect, contact Verax Support.
