# ChatGPT Advanced Controls

## **1. Introduction**

*The ChatGPT Advanced Controls tab allows you to control various key ChatGPT features.*

## **2. Limit tenant**

Block your users from using personal ChatGPT accounts by limiting your workspace to only work accounts.

1. Toggle the **Active** switch to enable the limit workspace feature.
2. Add your ChatGPT workspace ID.
3. Click**Add another** to add additional workspaces.
4. Click the delete icon to delete a workspace.
5. Click **Save changes**.

## **3. Models**

Choose which ChatGPT models your users can access. Verax automatically blocks access to all other models.

## **4. File Upload**

Select allowed file types for ChatGPT uploads. Verax Protect blocks all file uploads by default. File types that aren’t listed are always blocked.

1. Toggle the **Active**switch to enable the file upload feature.
2. Select the file types to allow from the listed files. Allowed files show as selected with a blue fill.

**Note**: Verax doesn’t sanitize heic and heif images. Enabling image upload to ChatGPT may lead to data leakage.

## **5. Canvas**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [Canvas mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9930697-what-is-the-canvas-feature-in-chatgpt-and-how-do-i-use-it). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

## **6. Deep Research**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [deep research](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/10500283-deep-research). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

## **7. Web Search**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [web search](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9237897-chatgpt-search). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

## **8. Voice Mode**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [voice mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8400625-voice-mode-faq). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

Note: Verax does not sanitize voice mode user interactions.

## **9. Dictation Mode**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [dictation mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8400625-voice-mode-faq). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

## **10. Image Mode**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [image mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8932459-creating-images-in-chatgpt). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

## **11. Agent Mode**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT's [agent mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/11752874-chatgpt-agent). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**.

Note: Verax does not sanitize agent mode user interactions.

## **12. ChatGPT Connectors**

Choose whether your users can use ChatGPT [connectors](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/11487775-connectors-in-chatgpt). Click the toggle to switch between **Enabled**and **Disabled**. When active, choose which connectors are allowed by clicking the toggle to the left of the connector.
