1. Introduction
Configure a variety of advanced controls, including workspace limitations, upload limitations, and code and sensitive info redaction to prevent data leakage.
2. Limit Workspace
Block your users from using personal ChatGPT accounts by limiting your workspace to only work accounts.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the limit workspace feature.
Add your ChatGPT workspace ID.
Click Add another to add additional workspaces.
Click the delete icon to delete a workspace.
3. File Upload
Select allowed file types for ChatGPT uploads. Verax Protect blocks all file uploads by default. Activate this feature to allow specific file uploads. File types that aren’t listed are always blocked.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the file upload feature.
Select the file types to allow from the listed files. Allowed files show as selected with a blue fill.
4. Image upload
Select allowed file types for ChatGPT image uploads. Verax Protect blocks all image uploads by default. Activate this feature to allow specific image file uploads. Image file types that aren’t listed are always blocked.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the file upload feature.
Select the file types to allow from the listed files. Allowed files show as selected with a blue fill.
Note: Verax doesn’t sanitize heic and heif images. Enabling image upload to ChatGPT may lead to data leakage.
5. Code Redaction
Enable code redaction. When enabled, Verax Protect removes any code from requests sent to ChatGPT.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the code redaction feature.
6. PII Redaction
Enable PII (Personally Identifiable Information) redaction. When enabled, Verax Protect removes any sensitive PII from requests sent to ChatGPT, such as names, addresses, social security numbers, phone numbers, etc.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the PII redaction feature.
